dc.description.abstractEbben a tanulmányban azt vizsgáljuk, milyen hatékonysággal tudják felismerni a magyar fiatalok az internetes álhíreket, adathalász csalásokat és hamis nyereményjátékokat három országban: Magyarországon, Szlovákiában és Romániában (azon belül Bihor megyében). A kutatást 2023 szeptembere és 2024 februárja között végeztük. Összesen 1864 magyar fiatal töltötte ki az online álhír-kvízt. A három csalási kategóriában mindhárom országban az álhírek felismerésében érték el a legrosszabb eredményt a diákok. A férfiak általában jobb válaszokat adtak, a három vizsgált ország közül a romániai magyar fiatalok érték el a legkisebb pontszámot mindhárom csalási kategóriában. A valós üzenetek felismerése nehezebben ment a fiataloknak, mint a csalások beazonosítása.hu
dc.description.abstractIn this study, we examine how effectively young people in Hungary can recognize fake news, phishing scams, and fake sweepstakes in three countries: Hungary, Slovakia, and Romania (specifically in Bihor county). The research was conducted between September 2023 and February 2024. A total of 1,864 Hungarian young people completed the online fake news quiz. In all three countries, students achieved the worst results in recognizing fake news in the three categories of fraud. Men generally gave better answers, and among the three countries surveyed, young Hungarians in Romania scored the lowest in all three categories of fraud. Young people found it more difficult to recognize real messages than to identify fraud.en
