Czine ÁgnesKörnyezetünk védelmének gondolata nem újkeletű, már a Bibliában is szerepelt erre vonatkozó utalás, de talán sosem volt még ennyire időszerű. A jogi szabályo- zásnak fontos szerepe van a környezetvédelem fenntartásában és fejlesztésében, így több jogág is foglalkozik az erre vonatkozó kérdésekkel. A szerző a magyar alkotmányjog és annak alapjául szolgáló Alaptörvény szempontjából tárgyalja különösen a nemzeti vagyonnal és a felszín alatti vizek védelmével kapcsolatos alkotmánybírósági gyakorlatot. A határozatok egyértelműen tanúsítják, hogy a környezetvédelem nem csupán az államcélok deklaratív megfogalmazásának szint- jén jelenik meg bennük, hanem az egyéni jogvédelemhez kapcsolódó módon is.

- ItemOpen AccessVictims’ Roles(Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in Hungary, 2025) Domokos Ágnes; Czine Ágnes; Dobrocsi Szilvia; KRE - Állam- és Jogtudományi KarBetween September 2022 and June 2024 a research project entitled Victim Roles was conducted at the Károli Gáspár Reformed University supervised by the Institute of Criminal Sciences of the Faculty of Law and the Ferenc Finkey Criminal Research Institute. This research programme is unique in several respects. Firstly, it is truly multidisciplinary research in the truest sense of the word. Theologians, art historians, psychologists, lawyers have dealt with the same concept, the victim, from different approaches. Lecturers and researchers from several faculties of the University were involved in researching perceptions of victims, presenting their particular insights on the same subject. Thus, starting from the Institute of Criminal Sciences’ study of criminal law, we are able to present a much broader spectrum of victimhood from a religious, artistic and psychological perspective. Our research is also unique in that it was carried out by a team of academics and students, giving students the opportunity to engage in academic research during their undergraduate years and also giving both academics and students a new experience of the benefits and advantages of working together. The idea of victim-focused research was conceived at the Institute of Criminal Sciences and was, of course, linked to victims of crime and victims in criminal proceedings. The joint work has shown that collaboration between researchers in science and the arts can produce valuable and exciting results. Together, the sub-researches have produced a higher quality research output with a more comprehensive approach.
